1v2 bot lane?

I was practicing Quinn last game and was playing her as ADC (originally intended top, but teammates get so confused when you try to do a marksman too lane and disregard the chat.../every time). I had a blitz supp, versus a jinx and Nidalee, so I figured early game would be easy.

Well, blitz decided that it was super important to spend early game trying to 1v1 the Sejuani jungler, so I was in lane mostly by myself dodging the skillshots from hell while trying to farm. I spent most of the time hugging turret while jinx and Nidalee pushed extremely hard, and with one tower dive gank from Sejuani (after blitz died to her in jungle or something, I dunno where he was), the tower was gone and I was dead (though I did get a double kill on jinx and nid, but the game only went downhill from there).

Ultimately, my team lost, mostly from poor objective control but the afk jungler also didn't help. Regardless, is there any way to win bot lane early game when its 1v2 and the enemy is pushing hard, or was hugging turret and trying to farm the right way to go? I'm not entirely sure what was the right thing to do in that situation.
