Y'all really couldn't give Frosted Ezreal particle effects?
Like...seriously? When Galio was updated, even his old 750 skins were given nice, skin appropriate particle effects.
But not even a snowflake?

All I want is Ace of Spades Ezreal's ult to look like a spade. And maybe his Q.
I was really hoping for new particles as well. They don’t even have to give the abilities new effects like snowflakes, they could simply just change the color of the abilities all to blue and I’d be happy.
Did they give any of his skins that didn't used to have effects new effects? They don't tend to do every skin but usually they make one skin that was low cost with no particles (Shadow Eve, Crabgot, Infernal Akali, Infiltrator Irelia) basically a 1350 with each release. If not Frosted Ezreal, I would expect one of them to have it at least.
I agree! But i really think there will be some updates. Many pointed Galio and his 600 rp skin as a comparison. And even he got his particles DURING PBE and not at official release. Some seem to forget this.

They might not be done yet? Sometimes they've done that with I believe it was during Warwicks update where they added the effects in at a later time for a couple of his skins.
I think they (Reav3, maybe? I don't remember) said he was going to... we don't even have his splashes yet, so there's definitely more to come.
I'm quite sure it has something to do with the fact that if Frosted Ezreal had blue animations it might come too close to being a substitute to Pulsefire but I dunno, maybe a recolor is still on the way, I know I definitely prefer a recolor at least.
