When you see the enemy do Baron and their inhib is down, and you've got super minions.. PUSH!

Just go down mid and push... why even contest?! Who cares if they got the buff, they lose A LOT in the process. My last game I was Cho, the slowest turret pusher in the game and I thought, fuck contesting, everyone on my team pinged mad to stop them from Baron, I took 1 nexus turret and almost the other before they all backed. My whole team died pathetically trying to stop them, which they didn't. They died fighting a baron buffed team.

The struggles of silver 5. I sometimes wish I never got out. The false hope of hitting silver and thinking everything is gonna be good was false. Its fucking worse than I imagined.

GG.

honestly you shouldve tried to either be persuasive with what you want or suck it up and try to be superman with them in a fight and peel out for the carry's. with your feast you couldve stole baron and knock ups and silence couldve helped the fight. in the end you should always team up rather than keep your higher ego in check.

So true, sometimes even here in gold people don't know when to give up something or what safer objective can they get.

Mixed responses. First off, the situation was they already got to the enemy team doing Baron. Being cho, 6 stacked, and slow as fuck, I would had gotten there late and find myself getting anally fucked when everyone was was dead. I made the right call.

It really depends how the entire match went, if your team was quite ahead of them then I don't see a problem trying to contest for baron. If it was even or you guys were behind, i'd rather go back to base and turtle until the buff is over. Pushing would be quite risky, as your team could be cornered in the enemy base and get aced. Unless you were sure you could get a few objectives in there and get out safely, in which case just go ahead and push. (just my opinion)

Im pretty sure that you wouldnt have gotten a turret if your team didnt go to baron. The enemy team wouldve killed it much faster and they wouldve gone back to base, stopping you. Your team essentially stalled for you. GG

So, a Cho'gath (team fighting powerhouse) decided to push instead of fighting his team and is surprised when they lost the fight, and he didn't take the base turrets.

If Baron isn't contested (especially past 30 minutes or so) you won't have enough time to take something meaningful, and if its in the enemy base, you will probably fail to take anything meaningful and get aced. Contesting Baron (assuming you have a shot at winning the fight before they kill it) is always worth the effort.

sounds like you fucked up then, the point is not that you made the right or wrong call (who knows) but that you didnt cooperate with your team. A 5v5 under the pretenses of the wrong call is better than a 4v5 under the pretenses of you asserting you made the right call.

Learn to play with your team, not against them. Good luck.
