But I have zero impact on the game when bot and mid are playing really bad. Throw in the jungler who sometimes messes up. I don't take TP but ignite. Getting TP just leaves me thinking if my dunks don't kill them, ignite will.

Miss the short ass pull that riot gave him and you ain't much help for roaming. You could lose out on cs/exp and your turret.
