It works
It CAN work. It usually doesn't. Talon needs gold to be good, and you don't get much gold in jungle. Also very bad clear, and most junglers will come into your jungle and take farm and/or kill you. You can watch twitch.tv/killercruiser he is a Talon main, and plays only him. Jungle too if he doesn't get mid.
