Winning in Gold 1, losing in Silver 2

Yeah I know, im having a rough time carrying on my main account that got placed into Silver 2... My smurf on the other hand I got placed gold 5 and skipped gold 3, got gold 2, and wrecked till gold 1

My Main, went 3-7 with Plat 5 mmr, and im getting stomped

I understand that I dont have to rely on my team on making the right plays in Gold 1, but im Silver 2 its so rough playing because no matter where I go, or when I start roaming my team doesnt make the right rotations and they screw up the game pretty hard.

So what can I do better that I can help my teams win more games on my main account?

My teams get very cocky a lot, say that they're higher rank than me, and once they die they say "GG cant carry these noobs" While I dont think im better than any of these guys because I know some people have some really unique things I can learn from I just find it really frustrating losing games because im not good enough as a player to carry consistently
