Unfair inappropriate name ban, submitted a ticket, no response?

Yes I understand it's name is spelled funny, but it's an actual name and I don't think it's

My name was "Dr Pornsak" seems inappropriate to people who aren't from Singapore, but he's an actually a famous television star.

I'm willing to pay for a name changed but I'm honestly upset if I don't get the season rewards I've been grinding for. Also I've spent a considerable amount of money in this game honestly I would hate to see it go to waste.

I may be mistaken, but as I recall, Inappropriate Name bans are separate from the toxicity bans that affect rewards.

Did the inappropriate name change wave even come with a punishment? As far as I know they just changed the names they deemed inappropriate + the play 50 games and take the survey thing or w/e to get it changed. But I'm not sure I would call that a punishment.

The wave of them didn't (to my knowledge), but Inappropriate Name has been bannable for quite some time, and his may have occurred outside that wave.

It's also possible that it's two separate things, and he conflated them.

My guess is he was super toxic AND got a name ban. Then, he isn't smart enough (even though he is a "dr") to realize they weren't the same ban.

I honestly mute chat a majority of the time, due to the fact that in the past I was toxic.

They don't really localize to a specific language in terms of inappropriate names. What I mean is that if a word or name is appropriate, or even commonplace, in one language, if it's something offensive in another language, they'll not allow it. I'm pretty sure you were fully aware of what that name looks and/or sounds like it implies in English...
