Started as an inappropriate name ban, now I'm unable to recover my account?
First off, I would like to say, that some of the information you're asked to provide in the account recovery is quite ridiculous.
I started playing league of legends, in February of 2012. I believe if you're going to ask questions such as;
- First purchase made with RP
- *Name of any refunded champions or skins *
We should be allowed to find that information someway in our client.
Secondly, I was permanently banned without an email explaining why I was banned, I assume its my summoner name, though that is very explainable.
Thirdly(?), I've answered all of the questions, to the best of my knowledge. Providing IP Address, Transaction statements, I've even sent a picture of my Drivers license doing everything and anything, to get my account back into my possession. I know the end of the season may be a stressful time for the support team, but i'm very upset with waiting days, just to get an email saying "Sorry we cannot prove this is your account, if can appeal in the future if you come across any further proof."
tl;dr - Whats up with the account recover questions, support ticket wait time, and me providing all the information (including bank information and photo id) and im unable to recover my account.
