Started as an inappropriate name ban, now I'm unable to recover my account?

First off, I would like to say, that some of the information you're asked to provide in the account recovery is quite ridiculous.

I started playing league of legends, in February of 2012. I believe if you're going to ask questions such as;

First purchase made with RP
*Name of any refunded champions or skins *

We should be allowed to find that information someway in our client.

Secondly, I was permanently banned without an email explaining why I was banned, I assume its my summoner name, though that is very explainable.

Thirdly(?), I've answered all of the questions, to the best of my knowledge. Providing IP Address, Transaction statements, I've even sent a picture of my Drivers license doing everything and anything, to get my account back into my possession. I know the end of the season may be a stressful time for the support team, but i'm very upset with waiting days, just to get an email saying "Sorry we cannot prove this is your account, if can appeal in the future if you come across any further proof."

tl;dr - Whats up with the account recover questions, support ticket wait time, and me providing all the information (including bank information and photo id) and im unable to recover my account.

I do think some of the questions are insanely hard to answer, but that is kinda the point. They are asking you to make sure that you are the owner of the account. If your account was compromised and all the information was available in the client it wouldn't prove you were the owner. I think they are pretty lenient though. I had all the champions removed so my smurf would be free week only and could only answer some of the questions and they still did it.

Im curious why you think your perma ban is for inappropriate name though? They did do some stuff with inappropriate names recently but they just force name changed people, it didn't even come with a temp ban.

What exactly does it say when you try to log in? Also make sure to check your spam folder for the email.

i did play with a rioter recently, its possible to be a targeted ban, not necessary a "name change wave"

Rioters don't get preference over bans as has been mentioned by Lyte before. They trust the system, so a Rioter will report you at the end of the game just like anyone else if you were being toxic and it should go through the same process as everyone else.

You can always contact Riot through a ticket specifically because you didn't get the email that explains why you were banned instead of sending the recover account information and they should be able to send you the missing chat logs and explination.

I did, they had me fill out this information for some reason to prove it is my account though.
