Getting your lane in Blind Pick.

When the queue pops, wait until the very last moment to accept the game. Most of your team will have tabbed over, thinking someone missed the queue, but not you.

You are READY. Your mouse is already hovering over the bar that for some reason you have to click on before you type... CLICK. TYPE.

GG lata.

Unless you're playing support. If you want to support, jump into Team Builder to make four teammates very happy.

One addition. Don't type. Write the text in some other program before hand and copy it. Then hit Ctrl+V as soon as you click on the text box.

To be honest, it is actually rather easy to get either of the bot lane roles. You can normally call ADC or support and still be expected to get it, as not many people really want to play those roles compared to the solo lanes and the jungle.

A trick that also works is if you have one hand on the keyboard and the other hand on the mouse, and use the mouse to accept the game and type the lane you want. You need to contort your hand to actually hit the letters of the role you want, which makes it easier to call top (one hand is easy with those three letters), jungle (most players will accept a single jg as a jungle call), and ADC (letters are close together, making it easy to call). Mid is probably the hardest to call, and arguably the most popular as well, so I don't normally try to call for it.
