Infrequently banned champs that feel really strong right now

I mained Nasus for about three months before that period when he became 100% pick/ban, and he felt like maybe he was a little over tuned. I got the same feeling playing Leona during Annie's reign of terror in the bot lane.

What feels strong but underrecognized right now? After seven post-buff Sejuani games, I get the feeling she may be a sleeping giant. I've also seen Vladimir doing serious work in more than a few games. What are you noticing?

Maybe this is just luck, but I have won all of my ranked Jax games. I guess his two greatest items were nerfed, but with them (trinity/botrk) he is still amazing at shutting down ADCs, clearing waves, taking turrets, and has great mobility with ward jumps

Skarner Jungle is a BEAST! His passive with Krugs makes first clear really nice, and i love going into red with a shield on top of all that. (Of course, you need to be capable of playing once that's done, so i end up failing)

Other amazing but underplayed champs:

Galio His passive can snowball games in AP heavy comps.

Taric OUTRAGEOUS!

Gangplank Consistently underestimated. Will plunder all the lanes. Try him support.

Singed has a distinct disadvantage in his chosen lane top, terrible early game, bad scaling on stats, sub par late game when carries can glance at you and 3/4th of your 4k hp pool vanishes. But what he lacks in direct confrontations is the ability to secure so many objectives, if indirectly, by wasting the enemy's time.
