Does the passive ArP on BC stack with Brutalizer?

First off, I'm talking about the flat 10 ArP that each gives.

Anyways, I was under the impression that since they are both unique passives that they do not stack, but the wiki directly contradicts that by saying, "As with all unnamed unique effects, The Brutalizer's cooldown reduction and armor penetration will stack with any other items that provide them, including Youmuu's Ghostblade and The Black Cleaver. Does anyone know if they really do stack? It could be that unnamed unique passives only don't stack on multiples of the same item. Thanks in advance.

Correct. It means that it won't stack with the same item - meaning if you have 2 Brutalizers, you only get the Ar Pen once. However, since it is not a "named" passive, you can stack them with other different items.

"Named" passives that do not stack would include things like Immolate which is the Name of the passive from item 3751 and item 3068 so they would not stack.

Other "Unnamed" passives that do stack would include the Spell Vamp from both item 3152 and item 3145

Fun Fact: item 3025 item 3078 item 3100

All three have "Spell Blade" as a named unique passive. However you can still get some stacks effects (sort of). If you have TF and IBG, the main target will take the TF damage, but it will still create IBG's slow field and deal IBG's damage to surrounding enemies. If you build IBG and LB it does the same thing. However if you build LB and TF, LB will take priority and only deal one of their damages to the target.

Really? I knew they interacted weirdly, but I seem to remember it being even weirder than that. I thought the IBG would average out with the TF on the target, then deal the IBG splash.

Nope. The main target takes TF damage, and it creates the IBG splash w/the IBG damage.

Other fun facts - It is tempting to build both item 3087 and item 3285 , but they proc differently. SS is an On-Hit Effect, where LE is a Spell Effect. Abilities are a little weird though; Ezreal's Mystic Shot, despite being a spell, triggers On-Hit Effects and acts like an Auto Attack. So it will proc SS but will not proc LE. Same with Gangplank's Q.

But with Ezreal, if you build it he can proc SS on his Q and then LE on all of his other abilities. And I think (although I haven't tested) that the Q cast should give stacks for both, since it is a hit-effect for SS and a cast effect for Luden's stacks (in the same way that it can proc, and deal, Sheen's damage at the same time)

LE interactions actually seem pretty straightforward, which is odd considering that it has a very unique method of activation. I can't think of another item in the game that actually works on spell hit. But actually an awesome interaction is Lich Bane item 3100 and LE item 3285 on Twisted Fate. His pick a card can proc both I believe dealing, ahem TonsOfDamage item 3078 .
