Does the passive ArP on BC stack with Brutalizer?

First off, I'm talking about the flat 10 ArP that each gives.

Anyways, I was under the impression that since they are both unique passives that they do not stack, but the wiki directly contradicts that by saying, "As with all unnamed unique effects, The Brutalizer's cooldown reduction and armor penetration will stack with any other items that provide them, including Youmuu's Ghostblade and The Black Cleaver. Does anyone know if they really do stack? It could be that unnamed unique passives only don't stack on multiples of the same item. Thanks in advance.

Correct. It means that it won't stack with the same item - meaning if you have 2 Brutalizers, you only get the Ar Pen once. However, since it is not a "named" passive, you can stack them with other different items.

"Named" passives that do not stack would include things like Immolate which is the Name of the passive from item 3751 and item 3068 so they would not stack.

Other "Unnamed" passives that do stack would include the Spell Vamp from both item 3152 and item 3145
