There are currently no champions above 55% win rate, or below 45% win rate.

PSA: win rate =/= champion balance

good indicator for outliars (like 37% veigar, 60% warwick, sejuani, OMG released xin), but not a good idea to say "hey, everyone needs to be close to 50%"
