Hey, I'm a support main. I usually play Morgana, Leona and started to play Thresh and Annie a little bit more, but I always Wonder which champion should I take when I'm first pick? What champs do you guys think is a better first pick in each lane?
Morg or Annie IMO. Those can both be mids, so it can mess with your opponents head. OR open up for a lane swap.
I think supp first pick is awesome. they aren't going to counter you even if they try you are supp. Other than that I usually take a flex pic. like wu kong/lissandra and tell my team that im open to jung/top or top/mid and can go either depending on match up.

If you can trade, taking a strong jungle or mid lane pick like that didn't get banned and trading them to your team (assuming someone plays them) can be huge. Especially if it's the OP fotm that hasn't gotten nerfEd Yet.
Thresh is going to be a safe pick regardless.
I wouled just say flex picks. is that first pick Annie going mid, support, or maybe AP bruiser top?
Anyone that can fulfill more than 1 role is IMO a safe first pick
I like to choose a flex pick such as yasuo or fiora (can both go mid and top, as well as riven. I also like shyvana as a jungle/top pick)
