you should try to help your team when they are getting push Just remember you are no good to them if your dead, or low health. sometimes you should just tell them you'll be there right when get some health

Sometimes if you are playing a champion that has good gank pressure, it is best to gank lanes that are doing just ok or good rather than ones that are doing bad, because odds are if they couldnt win lane by themselves ganks will not change that.
