Dear Junglers

I know jungling is hard and you have a gazillion things on your plate at once. Trust me, I get it.

But if your fed botlane is getting put behind because we've been ganked by their jungler four times (and the mid's been hanging around, too) and you haven't ganked for us once, PLEASE COME VISIT US. PLEASE.

If you are getting camped by mid and jungler, than I'm ganking for mid and top. You will lose lane regardless since you are getting 4 man ganks, no point in wasting time with it. I would rather win top and mid and make the game 3 of us fed vs 2 of them.

Dear Bottom Lane,

I have to gank the winning lane if we hope to win the game.

The more time I spend recovering your lane by camping the thing to keep aggression off you, the more mid and top are probably getting eaten (because this is a pub)

well, you could at least ask us in a way that makes us want to help you.

(ps saying "if u dont come down here ill feed" does not make us want to gank)

Yeah, I never do that. I'm ALWAYS polite.

Edit: I'm just asking for a little equity. It's possible to recover from a gank. Hell, it's possible to recover from FOUR if I saw them coming in and my adc and I ran before they could even come in on us. But we are going to be behind (Even if my adc picks up a double off that gank).

Meanwhile, I've seen junglers gank for HOPELESSLY losing lanes with extremely fed opponents, just feeding them more or barely getting out and managing to put a little pressure on the lane.

Doesn't it make sense to keep the winning lane winning? Especially the adc?

In my opinion, bottom lane is the hardest lane to gank. Top lane is pretty easy, you have a few distinct routes you can gank from that will get you in excellent ganking position, especially if you're playing a jungle who can move over walls. Middle lane is, well, middle difficulty -- unless you're Rek'Sai, there's 2 optimal entrances and 4 side entrances, if you're Rek'Sai there's 6 optimal entrances. This sounds like a lot, but if they ward the river it's harder to execute and-- well, I could go on for days about this.

Bottom lane is EXTREMELY open and incredibly easy to ward. Tribush ganks are only good if you're on one of the two teams, and the river is too open and easily wardable to be a good ganking route. There's a ton of space between the ganking routes and the lane, and often the enemy laner will be able to retreat/be less affected by the gank because of the travel time and length of the lane. Even if you successfully gank, it takes FOREVER to gank bottom lane and then your mid/top will be like "ermahgerd jerngler gank u useless stupidface" and then feed and it takes forever to get from bottom lane -> top lane and, and, and.

Many junglers do not prioritize bottom lane because it's just so annoying to gank, why gank bot when top is easy and rewarding?

Also, bottom lane does tons of damage rapidly. If they're losing, by the time you get around to ganking there they'll be fully pushed up to their tower and/or die and then flame you.

Speaking of flaming, adcs can be extremely toxic and honestly? I don't want to gank for a toxic feeding vayne. You're op lategame anyways mr vayne main, if you're losing I can gank mid and top and make our lategame better and get you carried. If mid can burst down the enemy adc before they can do anything in a fight because I got them fed or top is like "damage? what's damage?" I honestly don't give a damn how fed the enemy adc is.

I duo with an adc regularly and we're always nice. Like, not nicest people ever, but we're polite when we give advice or make requests.

Sure, bot lane may be harder to gank. But if their Rammus can manage it four times in a game, it's not that hard, is it? Especially early. Some supports don't even start with a green, and rely on their and their adc's trinket to vision. I usually tell my jungler if river is warded so they know not to bother, and it's easy to see what kind of wards the botlane is packing. Sightstone? Lots of vision.

If you're behind because their jungler and mid have ganked, that means their jungler and mid haven't farmed for the period of time they were ganking for. If you can stay alive (even if it means losing your tower), your jungler and mid have free time to gank other lanes, farm, get objectives, or do whatever else they please.

If you get camped like you've described and you stay alive and waveclear if possible (even if you miss a lot of CS) your team will still probably end up ahead.

No.... Play passive and get back in the game mid or late. I can't always carry you if you are far behind. Joining a 3v2 I add 33% to the fight. I much rather gank mid or top where I make it a 1v2 and I add 50% to the fight.

This not even considering the fact I need to trust twice as many people to help me when I gank. Or how bot lane should have wards up the ying yang.

Ward more next game.

funny, we usually expect the people who are ahead to be in the least need for help unfortunately they are also people who tend to push the lane
