Keep range! You want to always be at maximum auto-attack range from them (without going too deep into the minion wave- then they can just jump on you). They're both very short range- on Ashe and Caitlyn, you should be auto-ing them once or twice per second while also farming. If they come forward to retaliate, move back! to maximum auto range and keep harassing them. Tristana's range is a little shorter early, but you should be able to compensate by harassing them with your E. Just plopping it on them and maybe one auto will do. Try to attack when one of your minions is low, because if they try to retaliate or move they'll miss the CS.

And as always, last hit as many minions as possible.

As Ashe or Trist you want to focus on CS and avoid trading. If you CS at max range it will be hard for them to close distance on you to trade. You benefit more from a passive lane than they do since your champ scales considerably harder than them as the game goes on. If they move forward to trade you should actually be able to beat them as they're moving into your supports range, the only time they should be able to force favourable trades onto you is if their support lands a CC on you. As such your top priority should always be to avoid the CC over all else.

As Cait it's a little different. You significantly out range them, you can abuse this by standing at a range where if they step forward to CS you can land an auto onto them. If they really try to force by dashing forward net back instantly, if you E-Q you can chunk them for trying to aggress on you. If you get too far behind resort to safe farming, Cait will out scale Lucian and Graves eventually but it will take her far longer than Ashe or Trist.
