how about we make vayne's silver bolts deal magic damage instead of true damage ?
at least you can counter it by building more MR
the only way to counter true damage is with more HP but against vayne that doesn't really help one bit

More than 80% of Vayne's damage is physical. Health and armor is going to help you stay alive a lot longer than going "but she does %max hp true damage obviously i cant build against her". Guess what? It's 8% + 60 flat true damage every 3rd attack. Unless you have enough armor that her entire physical damage is useless you wont be noticing much of the true damage.
