Rammus Support and Top?

Hey there, Master Fledgling here.

Let's keep it quick -- I am mighty tired.

Has anyone any experience or skill with using Rammus in the Top Lane or as a Tanky Support? His taunt and armor shred makes him a nice support, and his natural tankiness is good for top lane.

Rammus top is like Taric Top.

A counterpick against full AD champions like Riven Aatrox Fiora Tryndamere Pantheon.

But utterly weak against AP or Mixed damage toplaners.
