Can I ask someone here to check my stats and sort of point out what I'm good and bad in? I'd like to figure out what I should improve in.

When you're playing caitlyn, build 
first, otherwise you're never going to do any damage. If you build IE but then never add to your critchance it's pretty much a wasted item. With only IE and PD you'll be hitting crits for 500 damage 55% of your autoattacks. So maybe you hit an enemy squishy twice and you'll have a good chance of doing 1k damage in less than a second.
With Caitlyn you really shouldn't be getting out farmed by any other champion do to her range she can farm safely so it shouldn't be risky to get those last hits. The way I play ADC is almost always IE first unless you are playing marksman that have their own specific builds (corki, vayne, kalista, etc.). After that I get an attack speed item either Shiv, PD, or BotrK. Lastly ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS get Last Whisper 3rd it is too valuable to not get later. BT cost sooooo much if the enemy starts building armor in the middle of you BT it can mean bad news.
Looking at the stats page like this does not really tell people about your skills. People can make a informed guess about it but what they are mostly going to see is build and hard game data. What you need is someone to spectate or review a vod of a couple of your games.
