I know right, I have been playing this a bit and I am finding a lot of success. Cinderhulk Vi is really good at map pressure and while she may not always secure kills, her teamfight and ability to get deep vision without punishment is perfect for the current state of the game. Would not pick into 
but other matchups seem favorable for her.
I build triforce instead of warriors, then build full tank. Cinderhulk is great for her passive. I don't get as many kills, but I'm happy protecting my teammates and getting them fed.
