So now every game I am in top lane just feeds. I mean it ruins the game and we lose of course. And this is done on purpose. SO, what do the experts suggest I do about Top constantly feeding and losing the game for us.
I'm gonna be blunt: you have a 37% win rate over ~300 games in B5 this season. You have a sub-50% winrate on every champion you have played in Ranked except for Ashe, and that's a small sample size on her.
I'm pretty confident in saying that the problem is not your teammates.
I looked at the detailed stats of some of your recent games. I'm not seeing these intentionally feeding teammates. There have certainly been some matches where your toplaner has struggled, but being 0/4/2 at 20m is not "feeding", that's just regular old losing lane.
If you think the problem is that the toplaners at your MMR are bad, play it yourself.
take the losses just realize you are doing the whole community a favor by ensuring trash does not get free carried up ELO.
Honestly top lane is a really changed meta atm most games in current meta your top will feed or their top will feed it is just the state of what is a good pick and juggernauts not having much counter play if you pick a melee which most top lane is melee.
Also if you do pick range like lulu or jayce you can poke and widdle them down but one mistep and things like garen or darius can easily kill or chunk you down to half hp.

This can even be seen in pro play where LCS and other regions are actually starting to implement more top lane centric compositions and strats such as yasuo top olaf top etc.

It's getting to the point where it doesn't even matter how good of a player the individual is when the rest of the team feeds and loses the match for you, a little sad when games are suppose to be fun.
I have noticed that as well. It seems top lane feeds WAY more than the other lanes right now.
In ranked I pick Gnar or Garen. In normals when I want to play fun champs, like Singed I always get matched up agaisnt Fiora, Garen, or Darius.
The key here is patience and trying to casually guide them the right way. Just use smart pings and don't blame them. Try to have a gentle tone and make it sound like you're genuinely trying to give them advice. It'll show a big improvement.
It's a contest. They are proving you they can feed harder.

Ranked games are not for fun, if you want to enjoy the game then stick to normals because ranked is hella toxic.
