a little advice from the higher ups please

so i started playing this game about middle of last season, i believe i am a good player, not the best somewhere around high silver-low gold. only problem is i can not get out of bronze! its just having 1 or 2 bad players on the team loses the game and in bronze thats a good possibility, and because of those bad players my MMR is suffering and making it worse on me. im running about a 50% win rate right now, as support with trolls. example i would play janna, 10ish min into the game i would be 1-0-6 and fed the adc, only problem is they have a LB thats 5-0 and roaming, in the next 10 min i go from 1-0-6 to 1-5-6 all to the fed LB that was mid and didnt have anything to do with bot lane. Anywho what im asking is do you guys have any tips to get me through this and into where i believe i should be?

I think most people would say that if you wana get out of bronze, don't play support. Unless youre playing a support that can easily carry a game, such as an initiator, or, if youre janna, someone on your team gets SUPER fed and you need to keep them alive. If youre dealing with a roamer, just keep an eye on the enemy mid laner yourself and MIA ping FOR them if you have to. I've gotten into the habbit of dropping a pink ward FOR my mid laner in the small bush near them for their own protection. Wards save lives

Well im hoping i can give some insight but im only Plat 1 (Plat is not god-like).

In brutal honesty, you might not be as good as you think you are. This is just a theory but it might feel like you go into lane and get some kills, but League is a complex game. Since you're around silver/bronze i can say with comfort: You're making a lot of mistakes, most of them are what you're not doing. Most of them are small things but over 20 minutes it adds up.
If your MMR is lower then that should help you because you're better against worse opponents. Just pointing that out.
a 50% win rate isnt that bad. My question is how many games are you playing. If you want gold then it's gonna take more than a few games.
Carrying as a support is really hard. Janna especially. If you're playing Janna and you feed your carry, it's up to him now. If you spend 10 minutes getting him kills and he cant put on the backpack, then there is nothing you can do.
Have you tried other roles?

If you fed your carry then keep him alive. Ride him like a backpack. After spoon feeding your adc, spoon feed your entire team. The best way to do this is warding. Buy a sightstone asap, buy pinks, and take a sweeping lens every time you get your sightstone. Do not die unless you're taking 4-5 people with you. In lane play aggressively, play your behind/with your minions, and if they make a mistake punish it. Sometimes in bronze you get stuck in a loop of terribleness, however if you're playing your best and NOT DYING you'll make it out of there.

Bronze hell does exist. That's why you have to **Kill Them All **to get out.
