why hasnt riot made a program for people to make custom skins to be submitted to the LoL fans to choose what goes into the game. DOTA2 has it. for the people that dont know dota2, steam has a workshop where you can make skins for champs, and submit them to dota for votes. if you get enough votes then dota will put your skin into the game, and you get a % of the sales from that skin. now im not saying league needs to be paying people, but im sure they can come up with something, 5% of rp spent on that skin goes to the creator. hell 1% would be awesome! its just a thought from looking thru all the concepts on here and sadly thinking they will never be seen in game. you can even make it a contest. 5 per year make it thru and final vote happens the night of worlds. have people vote year round, and take the top idk 10-20 and post them for everyone watching worlds to vote on and the top 5 or 10 or what ever you want to do get put into the game. you can make them cheap skins since you didnt have to put in much(if any) work into them. would really love to hear riots thoughts on this, even if its them telling me to shut the hell up lol

Because DotA 2 has the entirety of steam workshop to back it up, which existed before DotA 2 came out.

Riot would have to start from scratch and get into a field they know little about.

That is a really good idea.

I made a post a while about this too. I thought it would be cool for Riot to reward people who submit champion or skin concepts that are actually implemented.
