Ranked Help, The Curse.

Hey everyone, I am a gold V player who hit gold for the first time early this season. I am trying to progress future and have played over 400 ranked games this season. A few days ago i won 6 ranked games in a row to get myself from no lp to series, and as my luck would have it i instantly lose my first 2 series games and since then have lost every game besides 1 random normals where it was a 5v3 and we still nearly lost. I have been to series for gold IV 16 times this season...and everytime i get there the exact same thing happens, I will get there and feel good like i can make it to gold 4, just to either have myself not do well, or i'll do well and my other laners will not do well. I've played every role besides adc to get into series from 0lp about 3 times each, mainly using Nunu/Fizz/Gnar/Lulu/Sion/zed/Ahri. I have unable to win but a handful of the series games and i feel that my teams are always very toxic when you get to series. Up to that set of games everyone was very awesome and relaxed in the games, and then all of a sudden when i get into series (i didn't even tell them i'm in it because i don't want anyone to troll), everyone hates each other and fight in champ select. I've had between a 52-54% win rate for most of the season but can't seen to advance. Any tips would be helpful. Also i don't want it to sound like i'm blaming my team mates, i understand that if i was good enough i would have advanced by now, but not every game is my fault that i lose, and some i do all i can but cannot carry we all have those games. EDIT: What i forgot to mention at first is that every time i get to series, the curse is i just lose every game after for 30+ matches it seems. No matter what happens even if i play with my friends who are much higher elo with me and the other team is much lower (normal games) we don't seem to win after i do a series match...just bad luck or am i the chosen one to always fail?

Looking over your op.gg, it appears that you have a fairly stable 50% W/L ratio. Most of your games have players ranging from Silver III to Silver I with a few Golds. This means that after you completed those promos into Gold, you fell back down into mid-high Silver and have been there ever since.

I wouldn't put too much stress on the fact that you're specifically getting losses during your promos. Don't look at it that way. Look at it from the perspective of "I'm playing against mid-high Silvers and only winning 50% of the time." Trust me: if you keep trying, you WILL eventually win 2 out of 3 and hit Gold IV... and then win a few, lose a few, and get demoted back to Gold V pretty quickly. Luck will get you to Gold IV but improving as a player will keep you there. If you become a Plat player, you certainly will not have a 50% W/L against Silvers anymore.

If you don't already do so, start recording your games so that you can go back over them and see what you might have done wrong. This can help a lot. Try to find some informative streamers to watch too.
