Is there any specific way to know when you are going to get demoted or not? I just got advanced to gold 2, won a few games, lost a couple then lost 3 in a row and instantly demonted back down to gold which has tilited me off the face of the earth
Upon being promoted into a new division you get 3 games (win or lose) of demotion protection, and 10 for tier promotions. High MMR may give you some additional protection, but just expect the 3 or 10 games.
Thank you, how many do you have to lose in a row to go down? because i find 3 losses in a row a bit small to be demonted after just getting there it seems super silly that it can happen that fast...i have to adjust to playing against better players
