Bronze-Silver: Leblanc, Annie, Brand and Sona Gold: Janna, Braum and Nami Plat: Janna, Nami, Thresh and Zilean Diamond... whatever you are amazing at by this point I would assume.

I guess that's true if you miss everything Since i'm in diamond i'm expected to be pretty accurate with skillshots so i see no mana problems.
That only applies for low elo. The higher elo you go, the more consistent you are expected to be
Regarding mana, you shouldnt ever run out - only shoot for goals you can make. You have only so manyt balls
best solo q carries are blitz and thresh regardless of ELO imo generally anyone who capitalizes on mistakes well and punishes heavily in blitz case it's a summoner or death guaranteed usually
140ish mana for a flash is a pretty good trade
That's the thing though, that only applies for low elo again Challengers can pull off amazing plays rarely because they get lucky, it's because they have done it and know how to do it so blitz hooking through minions in bronze is alot different than chall
Morgana doesn't count as a good support to carry out of Bronze/Silver? I feel like her kit is a saving grace in those leagues. Blitz always does well from what I see too.
