What kind of champions have a good early game or can snowball?

Currently I think 
take the cake for snowbally champs in the jungle.
has the best pre lvl 6 ganks in the game
snowbally champs usually have a very strong early/mid game but they require early'ish kills to make them useful in the game. These champs are high risk, high reward so pick these champs if you main this role and are very good with these champs.
