A Good Rule of Thumb For Nasus
If you need to build another damage item beyond a

Next good rule of thumb for Nasus: -> If you're neither getting at least 400 extra damage on your Q or else getting more than one kill to the 20 minutes mark nor leaving top lane in case of TPs, drakes or jungle invasions , ... you aren't playing Nasus right because you're sitting still and yet not scaling properly while your team has to do without you.
IDK, sometimes when i'm ahead I build a 
. But that's it, because being a raid boss is too fun.
If I get super fed, I don't build a sheen item.

99% of the time yea.. but if Nasus gets ahead early and can build a 2nd damage item then he is just gross.
The only other items that I would consider would be , but it would have to be as a 4th+ item and the would need to be really ahead.
