I've been hit with the hardest loosing streak of my life right now and I don't know how do dig myself out of it. I've decided not to get back into ranked until I can win 15 out of 20 games and it is not going well whatsoever. Can someone please look at my match history and give me insight as to what I may be doing wrong or what I can improve on?

Ok, I will go off of this game http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1912566083/201850056?tab=builds
Looking at your runes, you aren't taking what is optimal.
Marks, you are taking magic pen, but hybrid pen is the best as you will be autoing during fights and many times when harrassing in lane. It will really help your dmg out.
Seals, armor flats are cheap and generally able to be used on many different scenarios, but looking at it mathematically, hp flat seals will actually make you tankier.
Mr flat glyphs are ok, but i like to take 3 flat mana regen glyphs with 6 flat mr, providing me with a little more sustain through lane.
Nami is very strong during her laning phase, and gp10 runes simply don't take advantage of that. Because you should be taking hp seals, it is best to take 2 armor quints, and 1 hp quint.
Looking at your mastery page, its not something I really prefer.
While the new defensive masteries are stronger, it is best if you either go with only 9 points, or 21 into them simply due to the way they are setup.
On Nami I don't find as much use in the utility tree though, so I take the points I don't like in that and put them towards the offense tree.
This leaves me with 12/9/9 masteries.(Ill attach an image of it.)
If you want to take more of a utility approach to Nami, you can go 0/9/21.
As far as your build goes, when you get sightstone, you aren't buying your sweeping lens. warding totem becomes useless since you now have plenty of free wards.
While rylies is a great item on its own, on supports it is almost always a good idea to pick up makeals simply due to the amazing active, as well as the massive mana regen, and a nice 10% cdr for icing on the cake.
because you now have the cdr, you don't really need the boots of lucidity, and can go for the better alternitive of mobility boots, which provide you with a lot of movement for warding and roaming, while still being very cheap at only 800 gold total
As much as I would like ardent censor to be a good item, it simply still isn't in a great spot. While it is good, it isn't as good as other items that benefit your entire team more, like talismen of acension. The talismen will also ensure that you will have a constant flow of gold throughout the game.
If you are aiming for talisman, you should still start the game with spellthief's edge due to that it gives you much greater lane pressure. Usually I replace spellthiefs with ancient coin after i finish boots, sightstone(not ruby), and my first big item, usually being makeals or locket.
Which brings me to another point, you built locket all the way at 43 minutes in game. This item is simply to damn good to be holding it off for that long.
If you aren't planning to build it because you want makeals/zekes/talisman/etc you should try to get someone else to build it. That cho'gath would have more than likely been willing to build mr against a teemo lane anyways.
As far as warding goes, you only placed 28 in a 47+ minute game. This is really bad. I understand that you are ahead of the other support, but in reality you should aim for about 1 per minute in all games. The only exception being 20 minute games due to not having sight stone for half of the game.
You also didn't buy a single pink the entire game... This is really bad.
I generally do not start with a ward at the beginning of the game as nami unless I believe there are going to be early ganks from someone like shaco. Skarner isn't exactly known for his lvl 2 ganks so it could be much more beneficial to go an extra mana and hp pot.
because each warding totem at lvl 1-9 has a 120s cd, with wards lasting 60s, you and your adc can cycle the ward to provide constant vision.
as far as skill order, I like maxing r<w<e<q because you generally won't be able to actually hit 2 bubble in fights early on, so maxing your e before q is generally better especially with vayne who will very quickly proc all three charges, and will really love the extra slow effect.
When I look at the gold in this game, it really shows that your team made a comeback as far as gold, but still ended up losing. As a support you have the most time to keep track of things like dragon and baron timers because you aren't farming or looking for kills very much. Your team was almost completely locked out of dragon kills.
At 29 minutes Vayne killed two people, one of them being the enemy jungle skarner. This should have been followed with a baron kill, but no objectives were taken for some time. Supporting is a lot about shot calling, and you have to be firm in_ spam ping the shit out of things_ until the game doesn't allow you to anymore, and then continuing to ping until people get the idea.
for now I've typed quite a lot for you to hopefully improve on :p .
