If you could pick one thing

I've seen a lot of complaints about various aspects of the game, and I was wondering if you had to pick one thing for Riot to fix immediately what would it be?

(I realize I probably haven't compiled all the gripes people have about the game in the poll but I feel these are the bigger ones I see on the forums)
