Does Frozen Heart proc Liandry's Passive?
Just as the title says -- does the attack speed slow from frozen heart count on Liandry's? Because this is some beautiful wombo if it does.

It does work. A neat little thing to also note with the AS slow from frozen heart: Tristana and Sion will walk around with their slowed run animation if in range.
For all you doubters, hit the lab and test it out for yourself before making claims that it doesn't work.

It's the same reason why master yi and olaf ults prevent them from being affected by frozen heart as well.

It says"Movement impaired" not "Attack Speed impaired."
No, it's only movement slows.
