Difference between beginner and intermediate AI bot fights?

One says beginner and one says intermediate. -

Neither jungle IIRC, but int bots used to roam on occasion. Also they are extremely aggressive.

Bots don't jungle, regardless of difficulty.
Wider variety of bots on Intermediate than Beginner. Int. bots are a lot more aggressive and can seemingly co-ordinate with each other to an extent. Int. bots also seem capable of auto-juking.

Intermediate bots also have runes/masteries, and will use summoner spells (semi-)intelligently (e.g. Annie bot will sometimes Flash-Tibbers if you're low or grouped up). They may also get more free items/gold.

The Intermediate bots used to be stupidly aggressive, but now they'll back off if you're ahead in gold/items and think you can kill them. The beginner ones are pretty brain dead and will walk into bad situations constantly.

I think that the bots play the exact same. The only difference is that intermediate bots earn gold at a rate of 22 every ten seconds. They can only use this advantage if you give up early kills and/or farming. I do not see any differences in terms of behavior or tactics, and they can be very predictable after a while. Real players would go around a trap. The bots do not even know the trap is even there.
