Tips for getting out of a bad streak?

So, I am currently gold. I was Gold 3 in promos to Gold 1 and I was 1-1 in the series. My teammates saw that, and as we were far ahead and about to win, they openly admitted to trolling me and ended up forfeitting, so I lost the series and didnt get Gold 1. That happened a few weeks ago I believe and since then I've only played like 5 ranked games and they were all defeats except for maybe 1. Since my MMR is high, I only lose about 14 LP per loss and gain about 30. I currently sit at 15 LP and am nervous that if I play another game I'll be at 0-2 LP and If I can't win any of the next few games, I'll be demoted, and that will be it for me involving ranked. Since my team surrendered that game, my attitude changed and I've just been worried about dropping elo. I won't be demoted from Gold this season, but dropping to low Gold would suck, considering I was so close to platinum, where I wanna be.

Just for anyone wondering, I can play any role fairly comfortably. I almost exclusively soloq as well.

I am just posting this to see if anyone else has went through just being nervous of dropping elo, and how you ended up climbing. I'm still not sure why I'm nervous to play, I'm confident in my own ability. I also wanted tips from those people on how they ended up getting out of their bad streak and just started playing and climbing. My friends were in the same position as me, mid gold, but luckily for them one is an incredible support main and the other has been spamming Riven for the longest time and is just good at her. They know sit at Plat 2. Another person I met in a game was G3 like me, and now they're P3. Im just distraught knowing that I could be up there.

If you play solo que and are nervous you are going to hesitate and not be yourself. Do some normal games and get back into the swing of things. What ever it takes to get over that nervousness before going into solo que. Try doing some normals to relax. Once you do well and you have better morale hop back into ranked.

When you go back try and play champions you are very very comfortable with. Yes picking that number one counter is great. Except if you are really good with a different champ you will be way more relaxed. Just do normals and once you're ready go into ranked and pick comfort picks. You'll do fine!

If you are in an elo you don't belong in than you will move up! If you can get gold 1 you can climb into plat hopefully!

Don't let trols like that get your morale down mate
