Ranked anxiety

Whenever I play a ranked game I have this overwhelming sense of nervousness. It gets so bad that I cant cs as well as I know I can, I forget to ward make dumb mistakes etc.

What are some ways you calm yourself down before or during a ranked match? On a side note should I continue to play ranked, based on match history. Or should I play normals until I get to 500+ games and then go back to play ranked?

Play to get better and not to win and you have nothing to stress out about

I always play a warm-up draft normal before going into ranked. The atmosphere is similar and I can check to make sure my connection is good when it won't cost me. I used to get super nervous when going into a ranked game too, but after playing it more and more I've gotten better. If you feel yourself getting too nervous, try to take a few deep breaths, and if you're still feeling the same way after the game is over then take a short break. Some of my friends also have their own music playing in the background that helps them focus when they play.

Don't get stressed at all. It's just a game. To rank up you need games, hundreds of them, so in the big picture the one your playing at that moment is not that significant.
