How to know a bush is warded...?

Just something I've learned over the months as a support: If you are ranged, have auto attack ON, if you stand in a bush, you will attack nearby minions if it is warded.

Dunno if this is common sense in the community, but I still see some who just keep aaing while inside the brush, acting totally stealthy and...stuff.

CLARITY (I told myself to edit, and I did! whee)

Not minion aggro which doesn't work when the waves meet.

Your attack animation will still proc if an enemy can see you via ward/invis. Your projectile when ranged will usually go to a nearby minion, which gives you enough info to back off.

This only works in bot lane or top if you have one of the few top ranged champs. Otherwise there are no minions are to attack. So, the bushes in the jungle or the two bushes in the river beside mid lane don't apply. It works for the supports, during laning phase if the enemy minion wave is in the right place, and you have enough time to stand still and see if your champ attacks the minion wave; but it's too situational to be of use 99.9% of the time.

if minions attack me when i hide in brush -> warded minions don't attack -> not warded ^ laning

wat

do you mean the minions will attack you? Whether or not the bush is warded doesn't change whether or not you'll attack. O.o

Easiest way for me, during laning at least, is to just see if minions aggro me in a bush. If they do, warded, if not, not warded. Minions obey every LoS rules that champions do, with the exception of 'selfish' LoS like Rek'Sai W and Rengar ult.

Used to use this all the time, I turned off the auto attack since it got annoying when trying to cs, I usually just aggro a minion to me before going into the brush now.
