Dominion Bots - Grinding CUSTOM Games

Alright, so in my spare time I perused the private games in customs, trying in vain to guess at least one password. Some names, caught my attention: "7wrlzS6E2L" and "1ydOAFjjjC". Just random strings as Crystal Scar games. These appeared very frequently and disappeared after a few seconds. I looked up some of the summoner profiles of the creators, mostly just lowercase names with a random number after them with seemingly no significance whatsoever (I think I have a right to), and their entire match history is custom Dominion games that last about 7 minutes.

I won't give names here but I friend requested one of them, and they INSTANTLY added me. Invited one to a game: INSTANT response. No words, nothing. When I finally started it up, he/she used the default summoner spells, had no runes/masteries, and sat in base w/out buying any items. This may all seem like coincidences but I think these are the accounts being sold online as level 30s. The 10-11 character string games are the telltale sign.

Anyways, I don't know if this has been looked into previously but these companies are illegal and deserve to be looked into further.
