now before anyone says anything i was playing norms against bronze or whatever but i got super far ahead out csed an ahri at the end of the game my chimes did around 440 damange and my qs did almost 800 damange thats without ludens and lichbane proc check it out http://imgur.com/ckQb5gg
I was wanting to do Bard top, since you can TP bot for ganks then collect chimes on the way back up, but the TB queue was so long and nobody would take me lol
Something working once does not mean it will ever work again. My buddy swears Teemo jungle is op because he went 15-3 once. Has tried to show it to me and has yet to win or even manage not to feed in about 15 matches.

Yes, 1 good match won't change the fact that bard overall win 45% of his games. In a 5 player team having 5% negative impact from the start is really aweful.
And no... before you argue that he just need more skill and practice take a look at his lolking stats : http://www.lolking.net/champions/bard#statistics . Bard players already manage 3% more win rate the randoms with the character. They are already a good way into reaching the skill cap. Look at how the win rate obviously drop when you make him free...
Bard have no relevant way to waveclear before the 65th chime. You might manage to fool another bronze player. But any mid who know him could just shove the wave in your tower and deny you half your cs and even force you in lane instead of collecting chimes.

everyone isnt really getting the point lol i was playin with bronze level people i wasnt saying bard is the way to go i just thought it was funny and trying to share my results with you lol i mean the fact i got so far ahead that i could q auto somone and kill them is pretty funny on its own
