MMR and losing games
so i have been losing loads of games recently ,and at worst i teamed with a new lv30player despite me playing for quite awhile.
does my mmr get balanced if im playing with my friends? senpai plz teach me

Not as accurately as when playing solo a lot
But yes, it should get adjusted
Well Ranked and Normals have different MMRs/ELO scoring... it's a lot more accurate when you're playing solo but when you play with friend (duo or in a group) the system well take the median MMR of everyone and that's how you are matched.
As for losing a lot I understand that feeling, I typically lose like 6-7 matches straight then win a few and repeat this cycle. Best advice is to play carry roles and if one of your teammates are having a hard time find points where you can help roam and gank their lane.
Also i have troubles where every game my teammates are blind or they dont understand you
