Ekko Is broken

I have no idea what the fk is rito balance team is thinking OH LETS GIVE HIM SOME MORE PERCENTAGE DMG INCLUDING A INVAUNERABLE ULT WITH 1.3 SCALING at lv 16 his ult has 1000~ EXTRA DMG P:15 + (12 × Ekko's level) 」(+ 70% AP) bonus magic damage and is Slow icon slowed by 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% for 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds 70!! Q TOTAL OF 80% SCALING PLS(also can be forced) not like ahri's q which have a constant MS,Ekko's move faster when it comes back W: 60% ap shield E: double dashes WITH MORE DMG ,talon only a slow for 1 sec R: Zed ult wif heals and impossible to exhaust ; I dont know But i sense the league of assassin is coming back or ekko is just going to be olafed and people are gonna scream for refunds (from an adc perspective)
