Broken Champions

So these are some broken champion i personally found that dominates the game,so senpai how can i counter it :l High dps early and R true dmg Scale off really strong late game ,not really op, but frustrating Its hard to shut this guy off if ur mid lane is stupid early and let her farm Shes basically akali but she sustain strong in fights and only lacks mobility and can be avoided by doing jg OP burst still broken with enough knowledge you can basically win through early to late game Resets.And ur team focus allll the cc on her team but not her This guy buys a BC and then full tank he can spin in ur team and kill you,if you focus him you're getting shrekt by his team,or ur gonna get ult Is hard to gank early game because of turrets and u can only smite one turret,the league tips are useless,he can drop 3 turrets and ultiQ for a happy pent E^&$(OR($@R%8#@)# PEOPLE CANT AVOID TO CHASE THIS GUY he hides in the jg if you invade he kills you with E and q then get so fed he two shots ur adc and then you die ANd hes tanky like garen EQ combo with Full armor pen umm where did my hp go?
