How do I counterplay Blitzcrank
This guy does lots of dmg and just runs at u and grabs e r whers the counterplay :(

Stay behind your minions and respect his zone of control. If he misses a hook he's basically useless so be sure to harass heavily for the next ~10 seconds. Poke lanes make his life hard.
If you are worried about the hook, just use your minions as shields. If he still runs at you, you will want to trade with him. With minion aggro, he will lose every time. If he misses a hook, he can't do anything at range, so punish him hard during the CD.
"Dodging the grab" is the counterplay. Also using a champion that enjoys being in the middle of the enemy team (Amumu, Galio, Alistar)
If you are the ADC stand behind your minions. Draw an imaginary straight line between you and Blitzcrank. Make sure to have one of your minions (or your support) between you and the Blitzcrank. When your minions are dying off, back off. Learn how to orb walk. Orb walking involved auto attack animation cancellations. The technique involves moving after the projectile has been launched and cancelling the unnecessary "follow through" animation. This means less time spent being rooted in place thus making you a harder target to hit/grab.
If you're playing support...
tank support: bitch please, you want to be grabbed amiright? And by grabbed, I mean a free gap closer right next to the enemy adc and/or you distract the enemy while your adc goes HAM.
mage support: bait out the grab, dodge it, then poke that motherfucker until his shield pops and he runs away. Your adc should be poking alongside you (I once made a Blitz cry with a Soraka/Caitlyn poke duo. Didn't even have to use my heals, bitch!)
If you're playing adc...
Poke him.
Blitzcrank is a pain in the ass with that grab, but he's so weak to poke I can give him a thousand years of death with goatgirl any day.
if you are support, you pick alistar and leona. why? if blitz grabs you, you can use your cc to stun him and try to kill him with your adc. for adc, sivir (her e) should prevents grab, tristana, ezreal, vayne, cait, and graves, they all have escapes except for sivir, to dodge that hook. but overall you stay behind a minion and it should be fine.

Stay behind your minions! If you don't have any minions, immediately back off until there's no way he can grab you. Start farming or poking as normal once the minions come again.
