Having to dodge too many games recently

I have had to dodge most of my games recently because I keep getting more than half of my team filled with players who have less than 30% win rate and/or are off role. I have had to dodge so many games that when I have a victory I lose all of my lp that I gained and more dodging these knucklehead players.

Is it my MMR? Is it the time of day? Is it badluck? Is it the system trying to screw me over? What the hell is going on here?

I play in the evenings to late evenings.

Doesn't dodging that many times in rapid succession usually cause you to be paired up with people like that even more?

Or you can suck it up, imrove, and stop trying to skim by players who are also doing well. You don't genuinely improve that way.

Have you been on a winstreak besides the dodges? Because that will get you matched w/ low winrate players, last game i had won a few in a row and after the loss (botlane fed) and I checked and both botlaners had sub 40% winrate in ranked
