Plat 4 player, looking for assistance\tutor to break that wall.

Currently bouncing between plat 3-5, been stuck here for a few months now. I typically have a strong laning phase, about 70% of the time I can win my lane. I'm looking for somebody that help me take my gameplay to the next level.
