Can we have Evelynn back now? Make her E magic damage again and give her like a base damage buff on Q so she can be playable again? Much appreciated.

That is never gonna happen, BECAUSE they think she is in a great spot. Bullshit, at least 40 threads about bringing back Evelynn's magic damage on E. No answer, nothing. DFG is gone, but for their minds it is really hard to understand that Eve+DFG=does not exist now. The nerf on her passive, second ability, what more to expect from them? I am really disappointed. Haha, I hate it. To riot A good spot is getting played 1\50000 games and being completely out of the meta. I haven't seen an evelynn even once this season.

separate regions have separate meta's. Just because a champ does well in one region does not necessitate that they will do well in another.

Riot says this when they mean "We've stopped her from being able to counter any LCS Plays from high mobility champs like Lee Sin and Zed."

There's no reason a company who made a quarter of a billion dollars two years ago, half a billion dollars a year ago, and can-legitimately-be-rounded-up-to a billion dollars at the end of 2014 can't provide servers for their East coast players. There are several other examples, but my point is they don't care about their general player base because they know they've made an entertaining game that is going to be played despite a player's obstacles, so they put 90% of their energy into making LCS a more profitable experience. And I'm not saying they shouldn't focus a lot of energy on LCS, it's where a lot of their profit comes from, but it's infuriating as a player because I love this game, and want to see the company care about it's player base as a whole.

I know that seemed like a digression, but it really is relevant. At the beginning of season 4, there were a few champions who really needed a re-work and a game like this will always have balance issues, it wasn't perfect, but it felt like it was at a good place that could be tweaked to be better. The new Summoner Rift changes are awesome, but it at this point it seriously feels like Riot is so focused on keeping their golden children on a pedestal to keep LCS games "interesting" with high mobility plays, that they're willing to completely write off champions that THEY SOMEHOW THINK will threaten the popularity of those games. Eve isn't in a great spot and they know it, she just was one of the champions that could stand a chance against a fed Lee Sin. Not that she could dominate him, but he couldn't always immediately delete her with wombo combo and hop away before a CC. Nerf her damage, take away her E's magic damage, and now the typical Lee Sin armor value makes her irrelevant.

End rant, and commence the downvotes.

I actually kinda like AD Evelynn, except for ult she has higher AD ratios, her E procs onhits twice and with Botrk and ult she can instantly burst 25%/30%/35% of somebodys health if they were at full health so she melts tanks.

But i never actually played AP Evelynn since the first few days of her rework WAY back so my opinion probably doesn't mean much here.

Nashor's tooth, Lichbane and Arcane blade add 90% extra AP scaling to her E, which means it's an 190% AP scaling ability

Technically it procs onhits twice, so it would be 100%+(152)+75+(52) which is 215%. Or you could go botrk and do 16% max hp damage in addition to the base + ad. Talking about off meta, you can also do devourer which gives you double stack bonuses on her E in addition to 120% attack speed from the E, which is sort of hilarious when you have 25 stacks and botrk which gives you somewhere around 450 +16% max health damage instantly as mixed damage instead of pure physical on the carry and then massive base attack damage, as opposed to 570 with only 15% scaling on basic attacks outside of lich procs.

I honestly hope they revert her PBE nerfs (yes they nerfed her on the PBE) and leave her alone.

I build Ludens, Magus, Triforce, Boots, and 2 tank items. I assassinate people all day. It's just enough damage to annihilate squishies, with just enough tank and movespeed to escape.

Crabby (plat Eve main) has been going full AP with Luden's and Lich Bane.

doesn't change the fact that Evelynn isn't really an assassin.. Because her kit isn't of an assassins, but bruiser/fighter..

It's like calling any champion an assassin just because he attacks from grass :|

You could also build AP Jayce and get some kills.. Doesn't fix issue with champion, but "hey look at me! I'm pretty! Gimme my cookie"

I feel like Evelyn could be an extremely balanced, fun to play and even fun to go up against champion. More unique and difficult to play than a lot of the current meta junglers. Though Riot probably won't give us that aside from tiny buffs.

Simply increasing her damage would be nice, considering she does nearly no damage.

That's my Eve build. You are forced to gank less and farm more, but she's a monster late game. I'm not playing her too much this season though, the first clear is too devastating, and she can't gank if she wants to have a decent farm.
