my friends and I play 5v5 ranked almost every day. our top laner is a good friend who is bad like really bad. any tips on how to help him get better faster. we are happy if he dosent loose lane in the first five min we have our jungle help him but it just goes to waits because he still makes so many mistakes. we thought time would make him better but that seems to not be the case.

ZombieNinja War1 voteshe plays sion and cho and he likes top and has almost only played top. he just goes into bad fights and he cant peal at all and it ends bad. like we as a team can help each other fix 1-2 mistakes but he makes so many its overwhelming and no one knows where to start.
Mr Hydde1 votessometimes awareness is the problem. like he doesn't know hes making mistakes. maybe have someone ride on his shoulder watching him letting him know what he is doing wrong and why.

get him to work on those
redniwediS1 votesConvince him to play punisher type champions like Garen, who thrive on enemy mistakes but have some difficulty forcing plays. This, along with a bit of talk to get him to play more defensively, should help when he goes back to his current set of champions.
