1 Que doge per week pass. (friend token)

I think it would be cool if lol had a system where you could get A friend token. this would allow you to doge que 1 game a week or every other week. ive had a lot of times where ive had friends get on after i chose my champ and i dont want a 15+ min bann so this would let me leave the lobby with no penalty. i know some people will abuse this. so here are some ideas to stop that. when you use a friend token you have to que up with a friend the next game after, or you wont get another for a month or 2.
