Ruby Sight stone
am i the only person who feels that they should make it so it regens wards like the trinket maybe put a long time on it but i would get it if it did this as a support otherwise it is not that good in my opinion.

Its great. You store 4 wards in it upon going to the store, and can place 3 wards around the map, plus it gives that health(400 if I remember right). If you're running out of wards too often, you aren't backing enough.
I agree, but that ward recharge should be put on the regular sight stone as well. And then give different options for T1 sight stones (such as an ap or mana variant)
