If I force myself to play ranked enough, will the anxiety go away?

It shouldnt be a matter of "forcing." I dont think that if you are thinking about it in a matter of having to play, vs wanting to play. So what i reccomend doing, is playing regular draft mode. I say this because it is basicly the same thing. Dont think about your rank and whatnot, just play and have fun!
That's typically how to get rid of it. Just say "fuck it" and jump in, and take a break or go back to Normals if you start to tilt before you go in again.
Spam that ranked like a peanut butter egyptian fat caterpillar eating a monkey standing on stilts made of plastic from walmart that's closing down in 2 weeks because the janitor took a piss in the bucket because he didnt eat cheetos with cheese cream because he only likes mangoes with the peel, and you'll get used to it in no time.
I had this exact same feeling when I initially started playing PvP, and all I can say is play more matches, and make sure you know your champ thoroughly before using them in ranked. I'd also say if you ever get out of a match that kind of messed with you (you fed or someone on your team was verbally attacking you, etc.) then go play an ARAM to blow off some steam.
If you go in and aren't sure how you'll do with the champ you picked, the nerves will get you and you'll do badly. Just remember that really, this is all the exact same game, and playing a normal match is just as hard as a ranked match.

Yes, yes it will. Literally I had to break myself just a week or so ago, was like, "fuck it I'm goin' in", and have just been playing a ton of Ranked ever since and I'm not afraid of it any more.
