Do i go like fk my tower and let it die early to roam or do i sit at tower and let the cs gap widen by having to farm under it? BTW how do i roam in general if i cant push the wave to their tower without going oom?
malz has no mobility. He can waveclear but has weak poke. Stay healthy, get jg to gank when he pushes too far. If you're too behind, might wanna consider grabbing a quicksliver even if you're ap carry just to make sure malz can never get a kill off you.

If these steps fail you, try to stay away from your minions while CSing so that his literal aids don't attach to you, because they will attach to a new target when the previous one dies. This has been my only problem I've encountered laning against Malzahar as Ahri. Also, buy magic resist.
I'd probably rush abyssal and merc treads. I heard a QSS is a good option against his ult as well. Don't try to fight him post 6, just push the lane and roam top/bottom. If you don't see him mid, assume he's chasing you.
Lol easy. Just charm when hes about to ult you. Poke him down with Q stay outta his ult range and silence. Slowly poke and waveclear once u can all in at lvl 6 do so but calculate the exact amount of dmg needed in the time he is charmed. He should die b4 the charm goes away.
