Can Kennen carry ?
Was thinking about picking him for either mid or top but I want to know if he can carry first.

every single champ has the ability to carry, its just a matter of how much effort you have to put into them. imo kennen top is better for carrying and he does pretty well vs the juggernauts.
Yeah if he has a good team or you are really good with him.
I recently played against a Kennen who was an absolute beast. The damage output was just insane. He could kill anyone on my team in one combo. Of course, you have to play really well (he was Plat 1). He's great for any kind of AoE team; give him a try if you're interested.
Sort of. He won't carry on his own but he can create situations that make it extremely easy for someone else to carry.
Vs a stealth comp
since the change to his ult no. His damage output is really bad and the Q is hard to land with minions around and has long cooldowns. Also once anyone at decent elo buys a hexdrinker or merc treads ur screwed.
Kennen only has potential to carry IF he manages to get items but is completely useless otherwise. You need to have absolutely PERFECT CS-Ability or damn-close to it if you want to have ANY chance of being able to carry on any kind of consistent basis as a Kennen. I speak as someone who mains him. For the record, I have had somewhere between 10-12 ranked matches this season against teams that had Darius (his re-worked version), and in all of them (except for one), the winning team was mine, when I was the one laning against Darius. I intentionally leave Darius unbanned to bait the opponents into counter-picking themselves. Also, I have this one-trick-pony thing that I do with Kennen, and the reason why you don't see me using Flash which I consider to be over-rated except on ADCs & immobile champions, and that one-trick-pony technique of mine is Home-Guard-Speed Teleport-Ulti into Team-Fight-Ganking.
When to pick Kennen : The entire enemy team is full of squish & lacks a lot of CC. When to NOT pick Kennen : Any combination of when the enemy team line-up has lots of ways to root/bind you combined with any kind of mobile-tank (i.e.: Irelia).
